1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at support@urbancircuit.in for availability and custom shipping rates.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link.
- You can track your order via our website or the courier partner’s portal (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Some locations (remote areas, military bases, etc.) may have extended delivery times.
- If a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and process a refund/replacement.
6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt 2-3 redeliveries.
- After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned, and a restocking fee (15%) may apply for refunds.
7. Change of Address or Cancellation
- Address changes/cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order.

8. Damaged/Missing Items?
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- We’ll arrange a replacement/refund as per our Returns Policy.
